My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite being minimally designed to suit my Special needs Child, lacked insulation from noise, especially from the upper floors. On the bright side, the room was spacious and came at a significant 60% discount.

The service during our 3-day, 2-night stay was a mix of experiences. While the room cleaning was consistent, the check-in process was marred by rudeness and inflexibility. Overall, the service was lacking in hospitality.

The breakfast options were extremely limited, certainly not suitable for a family with toddlers. Furthermore, the additional charge of $51 for parking, where the ceiling height posed a risk to certain types of vehicles, was disappointing.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and smelled of bleach, making it a comfortable environment. However, the soundproofing could be improved as we could hear our neighbors. The service was excellent, with quick responses to all my queries. The location was fantastic, close to various attractions. The dining experience was mixed, with good quality but at a higher cost. Overall, a great value for the money.
